Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable and sometimes things come up that may require you to cancel or reschedule your photography session. We are committed to providing our clients with flexibility and understanding, while also ensuring that we are able to maintain our schedule and provide the highest quality service to all of our clients. If you need to cancel or reschedule your photography session, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 48 hours' notice. This allows us to make the necessary adjustments to our schedule and offer your session time to other clients who may be waiting for availability. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your session less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, we will make every effort to reschedule your session for the next available date. However, if we are unable to reschedule your session due to lack of availability, your deposit will be forfeited. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
